Aubrey a commencé sa carrière d’infirmière avec un licence en sciences en soins infirmiers de New York University, dans une unité mère / bébé dans un hôpital désigné “Amis de bébés” à Manhattan, où ils suivent les conseils de l’Organisation Mondiale de la Santé (OMS) pour promouvoir et protéger l’allaitement maternel. C’est grâce à cela qu’elle a été inspirée pour devenir conseillère accréditée en lactation (CLC) et a ensuite progressé auprès du consultante international en lactation (IBCLC). Elle est également  sur le conseil d’admistration pour l’ACLP et membre de l’International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA) et ELACTA (association des consultantes en lactation en europe).

Aubrey aide les familles à atteindre leurs objectifs personnels d’allaitement maternel.

Elle pense que l’allaitement maternel devrait être accessible à tous.

Aubrey est présentée comme un avis d’expert dans plusiers articles, podcasts et interviews. Elle a participé à plusieurs conférences internationales sur l’allaitement maternel.

Elle a l’expérience dans les centres de naissance et les bureaux obstetrique/gynecologue aussi.

Elle parle couramment le français et l’anglais avec un baccalauréat en français de l’University of Illinois à Chicago.

I started my career as a  Registered Nurse (with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from NYU) in a mother/baby unit in a  baby-friendly designated hospital in Manhattan where we follow the World Health Organization guidelines to promote and protect breastfeeding. It was through this that I was inspired to become a Certified Lactation Counselor and then progressed to the International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. I am also a member of the International Lactation Consultant Association as well as ELACTA the European Lactation Consultants Association.

I have also have experience in birth centers and OB/GYN offices as I believe in continuity of care for mother and baby through pregnancy and beyond. I help families reach their goals and believe infant feeding comes in many varieties and should be accessible to all.

I have been featured in many articles, podcasts, and interviews and speak at International conferences on various topics.

I am fluent in French with a bachelors degree in French from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I am also a certified yoga instructor and believe that holistic self care is primary care.
